MRS. NIELSEN

Hey.... MRS. NIELSEN IS NOW OFFICIALLY THE FAVORISTEST 6TH GRADE TEACHER! WOOOOOOOOOO! GO MRS. NIELSEN!
In case you didn't know, Mrs. Nielsen is the music teacher for intermediate/advanced orchestra, intermediate/advanced band, and concert chorus. She is pretty DARN awesome. She majored in viola and guess what? I play viola- its pretty awesome. Us vlas all agree 'cuz we're awesome like that.. Thanks for voting y'all! (See, I added some country! :P)
Mrs. Nielsen is really really funny and really really REALLY talented. She went to Chapman University and was born on Mozart's birthday- born to be a prodigy :P

Teacher Strike

Now everyone knows about the teacher strike, and truth be told, I think that teachers are doing the right thing- but the union isn't. The union is using the absences as a bribe to the district. Every time you are absent, the union goes up to the board and says, "this many kids are absent, now give us what we want" ... so they are using us as "pons" almost. I'm going to school just so the union can't use the information, and then my mom will usually take me out of school near lunch. By the way, the school is insanely boring... we get to school, they take like forever to explain stupid stuff, then we actually LEARN! or we go outside.... Anyway, then we have break, and then we take a test!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (a lot of questions by the way) and then we have lunch. Lunch is fun. Then we go back into a room and learn some more. The day is terrible.... I HATE IT! O, and at the end of the day, they have a drawing/raffle of all the "good girls and boys" and they can win something, most likely something stupid, and then we go HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH!

Patrick.

I haven't bothered to post anything lately so sorry. Actually, I am saying sorry to myself because this "blog" isn't that successful. Anyways!!! I have an annoucment to make. Patrick Won the "poll" voting thing, so WO! Go Patrick. Here's what he has to say,
Patty: "Uh...Is mayonnaise an instrument?"
Me: "No Patrick, mayonnaise is not an instrument."
Patty: "Well, good thing I still have this pickle!"

You know what, Patrick... he's an interesting fella. Or fellow. Whatever you wanna call that bog pink star we call a star.

Apparently, Patrick's favorite word is
RECTANGLE
and he wished he could see his forehead.
THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS!

Earthquake

I know some of you felt that BIG earthquake, 7.2 in Baja California, Mexico and about 4.2 here, HUGE!!! Some of you were in Hawaii or in the car, but I wanna hear some funny stories about the "earthquake experience." Here is mine (not that funny, but ironic):
So our water in the fridge stopped working so we started using tap water and then we would purify it. The top on the filter always comes off (another funny story), and will get everything well... wet.
So this time I purposely made sure that I held the cap and didn't make any sudden movements that would make the water spill. Halfway through pouring my glass, the earthquake started. Guess what happened? (I think you can make an EDUCATED guess/answer! Or, at least, I HOPE you can?!?!?) That is my "funny experience," and I know there are MORE out there, so COMMENT COMMENT COMMENT!!!!
P.S. If you didn't know what happened, the water spilled- all over the place.

I Hate Technology

My computer recently crashed. So, I was disconnected from the "OUTSIDE WORLD" It was terrible. I was crying. On the inside. I'm dying! I had a lot of computer homework this/that week too, so I kept going over to my friends' house, and it was annoying (their family is SUCH a slob, JUST KIDDING! I Luv 'em!) As you might know, I have a website, which I am not going to share, but it has had MAJOR requests for updating. If you know it, don't worry, I am updating it and I hope that you will check it out. Also, I wish everyone the best Easter and a Happy Spring Break. THANK GOD FOR SPRING BREAKS!!!!!! Below is a video of mine. I want you to watch it. No reason WHAT-SO-EVER. Have a FABULOUS Spring Break!!!!!!!! Never mind. Forget about the video below. It's not loading. Find it somewhere else.

Special Needs Kids

I am in 6th Grade Leadership (sorry to brag) and we get to hang with the special needs kids during ISP. They are so sweet, and you should definitely get to know them, leadership or not. I'm not going to pick favorites, but all of them are really funny and nice. The first time I went, I cried afterwords, no joke. I've heard people talk bad about them, and it is so mean, we are all people, and we do have feelings. You should get to know them, they really influence you. I have learned so much from them and it makes me feel good that I have made an impact in their lives. It's a life changing experience.

Dentist

So I HATE THE DENTIST. I can end there. But I won't just this once. Okay, I go to a nice dentist, one who always talks to me yada yada yada. Well, she has two sons, a 10 year old and a 6 year old. (I think he is six.) Oh, by the way, no flouride, YAY! So anyway, she brought her 10 year old over and I looked up and said ,"Hi" (exciting isn't it?) Well, we talked about my school work and then he started looking at my teeth. Next her six year old son came over and I said ,"(it's exciting) Hi," and he said hi back. Well then he came over and said let her get a better look at me. So he walked over to my side and said, "You're beautiful miss." Now that was SO funny and cute at the same time. It was funny. You might not find it funny, but I did.

Socks

So.... this is my first post.... I have no idea how it will go.... so wish me luck. I will start with my website name, middle school socks. I am in middle school and in 6th grade. I have worn mix-matched socks since like, 3.7816273rd grade, and I love doing so. I don't feel happy unless I'm wearing them. I never wear matching socks, and I almost was late to school because I was trying to find two different socks. Wearing mix-matched socks is really, really awesome and you should try it. I've already inspired a ton of people (including my three year old brother!) Try it....
WISH ME LUCK ON THIS BLOG!!!
